• When you film, make sure you are in a well-lit area so we can see your face! 
• Film with your phone vertical rather than horizontal. 
• Try to position your phone so it does not move or shake while filming. 
• Ensure there is little to no background noise while you film so we don’t miss a word! 
• Try to keep your video to 1 minute or less for ease of sharing on our social platforms.
